Premier Guillotine Systems has for three decades specialised in used Paper Cutting Guillotines and the supply of spare parts, maintenance, repairs and guarding of this type of Equipment. Since 2001 we have become the UK’s leaders in the supply of new Large Format guillotines, Die-cutting platens, large format drilling systems and bespoke equipment designed to our customers requirements.
In collaboration with Talleres Casablanca, (our Spanish partners) we helped develop the Cauhé (pronounced “Ca-way”) range of guillotines, a range boasting the GH420 the largest paper-cutting guillotine in the world, the largest in the UK is a GH380 machine.
In addition we supply new stand-alone paper cutters, or complete automatic cutting lines, tailored to suit your specific needs.
PGS have sold new and used machines throughout Europe and as far afield as Russia, India, South Africa and at the time of installation the largest cutter ever installed in New Zealand.
Our most recent innovation with the aid of our design team was the development of our cloth-cutting machine known in the industry as a Pinking machine.
Mostly used in the cloth pattern book industry, the guillotine style machine cuts (with a special blade) a serrated edge on the cloth material, which is used for samples in pattern books.
The Pinking machine is equipped with a Microcut Digital Display Programming System for accuracy and front table infrared guarding.
We now have a machine in full production with more orders to follow, and an expanding market for this new guillotine/Pinking machine within Europe and the Middle and Far East.
Premier Guillotine Systems offers a range of Die Cutters and associated services. We are agents for the Cauhé range of Auto-Platens and Hand Fed Platens, the largest C/C Platens available today, with an excellent precision build quality.
The machines can be fitted with the most up-to date laser scanning systems for C/C platens.
We can also include the supply and installation of floor mats and safety removable side tables.
(which meets with HSE PIS18 Safety requirements on C/C platens of this size).
With the addition of heating units allows for cutting/creasing substrates including, fome-cor, paper, board, vinyl’s, styrene and plastic.
Multiple digital foil Stamping units can be supplied with up to 3 separate units per machine.
To complement our range of Large Format Guillotines and Handling Equipment we also supply Large Format multi-headed drilling systems designed to our customers requirements, where a need to drill multiple holes in a large format poster or display board are required.
Equipped with automatic waste removal system, veriable speed drill heads and drill descent, with a full air table.
