ICE Europe 2013
The show continues its excellent track record. After the previous record event, this year’s exhibition shows a further increase in floor space and exhibitor figures. This time, some 400 exhibitors from 19 countries have come to Munich to showcase an impressive variety of machines, systems and accessories for the converting of flexible web materials, such as paper, film, foil and nonwovens.
The general outlook for this industry sector is currently very positive. With ever- increasing worldwide demand for flexible packaging solutions and a strong market for added-value products, there are exciting business opportunities for the converting industry. ICE Europe 2013 presents all the latest technical trends as well as practical solutions for the future of this vibrant industry sector. Visitors will be able to experience a comprehensive range of products and services for the converting industry, including innovative systems for processing new materials, sustainable solutions for enhancing paper and film, cutting-edge technology for coating, new adhesives as well as sophisticated measurement systems.
Alongside exhibitors of machines and service systems, Research and Development is also part of the exhibition. A conference on the latest technical advances in selected areas of paper, film and foil converting will be held alongside the exhibition. Special thanks go to AIMCAL and the Fraunhofer IVV Institute for organising this technical conference.
For the first time, CCE International, the dedicated exhibition for the corrugated and folding carton industry, will be co-located to ICE Europe 2013. Converting specialists and packaging professionals will therefore be able to benefit from even more business contacts and sourcing opportunities at this year’s industry highlight for sustainable converting solutions.

Opening hours
ICE Europe 2013 is open for visitors on 19 and 20 March 2013, from 9am – 5pm and on 21 March 2013 from 9am – 4pm.

ICE Europe 2013 will take place at the Munich Trade Fair Centre, easily accessible by car and public transport. Regular shuttle buses will be running between Munich International Airport and the show grounds throughout the duration of the exhibition.
