MPS to host Open House event during drupa 2016
MPS will host an Open House at its headquarters in Arnhem, The Netherlands during the drupa 2016 exhibition, held May 31 to June 10 in Düsseldorf, Germany. Visitors attending the Open House will be presented with live demonstrations of the EF multi-substrate flexo press, EB label solution press, and new hybrid EF SYMJET flexo/digital press with an integrated Domino digital N610i inkjet printer.
Dates of the Open House are June 1-3 and June 6-7 and free transportation from drupa to MPS is available for show visitors. The ‘MPS Express’ bus will leave the venue at 10:30am, and visitors will return back around 3:15pm. Travel time from Düsseldorf to Arnhem is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
An exciting programme is planned for the MPS Open House including three live demonstrations of MPS presses in the new Technology & Expertise Centre. The new hybrid flexo/digital EF SYMJET press developed in cooperation with Domino will be demonstrated, as well as the EF multi-substrate press and the EB label solution press. A variety of applications including multi-layer label printing and cold foil will be shown, demonstrating the unique features of all three presses.
As well as a complementary lunch, also part of the agenda is a factory tour through the assembly hall of the new MPS building. During this tour, visitors will have an exclusive opportunity to see the largest press ever built by MPS: an impressive 28 metres long, 14 colours offset, flexo, gravure and screen combination press.
During the Open House, MPS will share tips to help improve printing processes, highlight the range of technical support programmes and services, and provide information relating to hybrid printing, workflow optimisation, colour management, and more.
Due to a limited amount of available seats on the ‘MPS Express’ bus, it is recommended that drupa visitors interested in attending register in advance.
