Neschen Coating at ICE Europe in Munich

From 21 to 23 March 2017, Neschen Coating presents customized coating solutions for the processing industry and provides an outlook on the future standard product range for industrial applications. “After the successfully completed restructuring and with a new owner we are clearly on a course of growth. We are happy to exhibit at ICE Europe for the first time as Neschen Coating GmbH,” says Kai Tittgemeyer, the new Neschen Managing Director. “Industrial coating is definitely a growth market for Neschen. In addition to customized individual productions for virtually all industries we are going to focus even more strongly on modular systems and an extended standard portfolio in order to be able to offer our customers coating solutions even faster and more effectively. For this purpose we are going to invest in production as well as in the customizing area.”
Research and development expertise for demanding coating tasks
For many years the Bueckeburg coating specialist has been cooperating with partners and companies from various industrial sectors. The product range includes, amongst others, adhesive film systems which are applied in forensic science, surgery, textile embroidery, car manufacturing and electronic engineering. All solutions were developed according to customer needs. At the headquarters in Bueckeburg the focus will be on research and development of the adhesives portfolio in order to be able to fully meet the requirements of the converting industry. “With our DOTEQ technology – a procedure for partial coating – we can already now implement films with a wide range of functionalities for our customers. The dot adhesive, for example, allows easy application and residue-free removing. During the live test at the ICE visitors can come and see for themselves”, Kai Tittgemeyer comments.
Be inspired and try out at the Neschen booth
Neschen’s motto this year is „Inspiration and Application“. Visitors are invited to discover the various application areas of the product portfolio. Amongst others, a seat made of concrete for outdoor use invites visitors to sit down and relax. As a special feature, the designer of this seat lined the mould with the immaculately smooth Neschen protective film filmolux photo gloss. The result is a uniquely smooth surface with Lotus effect. Due to the Lotus effect the seat can easily be wiped dry after a rain shower because the concrete cannot absorb any moisture. Another application presents decorative furniture films which can easily be applied manually or with suitable laminating systems. Due to the adhesive structure with air duct technology developed by Neschen, excess air can escape already during the coating process and remaining air bubbles can be pressed away to the edges. Depending on the surface the film can be removed without residue. The product portfolio of protective films and adhesive technology is complimented by the new laminators „Designed by Neschen“. The new Neschen laminators ColdLam 1650 and HotLam 1650 TH allow flexible and efficient laminations from rolls, sheets or plates on the most different materials. At the trade fair Neschen presents the laminating machine in use.
