Nilpeter and ScanGraf join forces to provide best service to label printers
As of January 2013 Denmark-based ScanGraf has become an integrated part of Nilpeter’s customer care center.
The initiative will add strength to Nilpeter’s existing service efforts and thereby be able to offer the Scandinavian customer base a quicker and more reliable service on all flexographic, letterpress and offset printing equipment.
“Nilpeter and ScanGraf have known each other for many years,” explains Jakob Landberg, sales & marketing director at Nilpeter. “Both Jens Lien and Kim Schou started their career in the printing industry at Nilpeter. We are proud to welcome highly skilled service technicians back into the family and looking forward to improving one of our most important goals, namely full customer satisfaction.”
For several years ScanGraf has serviced many well-known printing companies and will continue to offer their services to existing customers.
