Sung An Machinery will display a range of products and services at ICE
SUNG AN MACHINERY (SAM), based in Korea but with subsidiaries in Europe and North America, offer a range of converting equipment that meet the highest international standards. This includes coating and laminating machines for paper, film and foil with coating stations for 100% solid, water and solvent based coating medias, as well as turret winders, air flotation and support dry rollers, remoistureisers and web handling.
A full range of extrusion coating and laminating lines for flexible packaging and rotogravure printing machines completes the range.
Sung An Printed Electronics Laboratory specialises in the development of products and equipment for printed electronics, including OPV solar cell, OLED, lighting and others. Â The technology of printed electronics will enhance the success of new applications globally.
SAM’s Extrusion Technology Centre houses the newest state of the art pilot extrusion line. It is equipped with three co-extruders with layer multiplier technology for up to 11 layers. It is capable of extrusion coating and laminating, flat and embossed cast film, in-line chemical priming, solution coating and drying at speeds of up to 60 MPM on film, foil, non-woven, paper and paperboard.
