Terinex acquires QC Packaging Films

With a proven track record over 50 years in supplying a wide range of products to the catering, travel and consumer food industries, Terinex is building upon its success with the recent strategic acquisition of QC Packaging Films. With a similar pedigree to Terinex, QC specialises in the production of high quality printed film for food and pharmaceutical packaging.

Derbyshire, UK-based QC Packaging Films, an expert company in design, print and application, focuses on providing high levels of customer service combined with a highly flexible printing capability enabling it to offer short lead times and short print runs where required.

Terinex QC Packaging FilmsTo boost this new venture, Terinex, which is based in Bedford, is investing heavily in a new, state-of-the-art, eight-colour, HD Comexi printing press along with a solventless laminator and a high-speed slitter to produce premium packaging material at very competitive prices.

The companies’ combined strength now offers tailored, high quality printing to customers who demand the best in food and pharmaceutical packaging across a range of different types of film including PET and BOPP.

Terinex QC Films is setting out to create a new benchmark in the provision of quality printed film through its high level of customer service, flexible production facilities and investment in the latest printing technology.
