Eurograv Limited, global distributor for the Camis range of Flexographic Plate Mounting Systems is proud to announce that CAMIS Srl is now an HD Flexo Certified Vendor by Esko for its Camis IRISLEEVE Total Work Flow Control Sleeve Mounting system.
To become certified, Eurograv Limited on behalf of Camis Srl submitted print samples and specifications to Esko’s Itsehoe, Germany certification centre with the permission from one of its high profile clients Swedbag AB of Bromma, Sweden. Esko HD specialists evaluated the work and validated the mounting quality and registration accuracy of the print samples mounted on the Camis Irisleeve to be within the full and exacting registration requirements of Esko HD Flexo certification.
Esko HD Flexo is a highly regarded as the current bench mark process for making digital flexographic printing plates that produce higher quality print with greater consistency than standard digital plates. The process combines 4000 dpi HD optics with unique print screening technologies to achieve sharper and more accurate imaging.
In order to take full advantage of these new plates, the Camis Irisleeve Total Work Flow System features semi-automatic powered tape and plate application tools that always apply these fundamentally crucial items perfectly, for each and every sleeve, irrespective of the print repeat or operator, with no air bubbles, stretching or calliper variations that can cause TIR discrepancies.
