Third-party logistics (3PL) provider, Kammac, has announced the development of its Senior Leadership Team as the business continues to focus on growth, following its acquisition by the Elanders Group last year.
Overseen by Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ged Carabini, Kammac’s newly developed Senior Leadership Team combines a strong mix of seasoned expertise, strategic transitions, and fresh perspectives.
Among these is the recruitment of Simon Gallimore as Kammac’s Business Executive Director. With over three decades of senior commercial leadership experience in global business development, Simon brings a wealth of invaluable industry insights and expertise to his new position, having previously served as Commercial Director at Carlton Forest Group. In his new role, Simon will play a pivotal role in supervising the development of new partnerships and strategic planning across Kammac’s full-service
offering.
Likewise, David Bailey, a longstanding member of the Kammac team, is appointed the new position of Chief Strategy and Technology Officer. David, previously Director of Warehouse Operations at Kammac, now supports the Senior Leadership to enhance network development, efficiency, service, and capability. David’s transition underscores Kammac’s commitment to embracing digital transformation to meet the evolving needs of its clients, delivering innovative solutions and driving value for its customers in a rapidly changing business landscape.
Commenting on the new line up, CEO Ged Carabini said; “Our business thrives on the talent and dedication of our people, and with the collective experience of our new Senior Leadership Team, we’re set
for an exciting journey of growth.”
In addition to its Senior Leadership changes, Marc Joyce joins Kammac’s wider team as its new Business Development Manager, bringing over 15 years sales experience and an extensive network within the industry. Formerly Business Development Director at Carlton Forest Group, Marc is set to drive the expansion of Kammac’s customer base and enhance the support of the company’s portfolio of sites and services.
“I am incredibly proud to be leading our new and expanded team at Kammac. Together, we are focused on driving innovation, delivering exceptional service, and achieving new heights of success in the 3PL landscape,” concluded Ged Carabini.
