Independent flexible packaging manufacturer, Roberts Mart & Co, is looking to recruit over 25 new team members to support continued growth.
Leeds-based Roberts Mart has invested heavily in both machinery and site facilities, having committed over £18m in the past three years to further improve its state of art manufacturing facility.
To strengthen its team and support continued expansion, the company is seeking over 25 new, permanent employees to cover a range of vacancies across its printing, slitting production, engineering and sales departments.
“Our recent investments demonstrate our commitment to growth and we are now recruiting to support the increased demand from customers,” states William Roberts, managing director. “This is an exciting growth period and there is capacity for individuals to carve their own career paths and progress with the company.”
Roberts Mart offers structured training programmes, supporting employees at all levels and is looking to attract both experienced team members as well as those starting out in their careers at apprentice level.
“As a firm we are passionate about championing the next generation and creating future talent that will support continued growth in the sector,” continues Roberts.
Founded in 1852, Roberts Mart is still a family run business and currently employs over 260 staff. The firm supplies packaging solutions for brands across the UK and Europe, predominantly in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors. Turnover is expected to reach over £55m by the end of 2026.
