Finishing equipment manufacturer, A B Graphic International (ABG), is strengthening its position in the Polish label and packaging market as part of its broader international growth strategy, recognising the country as a key region with significant long-term development opportunities.

Poland continues to experience strong growth in its manufacturing and packaging sectors, with many label converters investing in new technologies to improve efficiency, automation and production flexibility. In response, ABG is increasing its presence in the country to ensure customers benefit from closer support and stronger local engagement.

As part of this commitment, the company recently undertook an extensive programme of customer visits across Poland, travelling more than 2,000 kilometres to meet label and packaging converters in major industry centres including Warsaw, Białystok, Łódź, Poznań, Wrocław, Katowice and Kraków. The visit programme allowed ABG to strengthen relationships with existing customers while also identifying new opportunities within the rapidly developing market.

Matt Burton, global sales director at ABG, commented: “Poland is an important market for ABG and one that continues to show strong momentum within the label and packaging industry. We are seeing growing interest from converters looking to invest in high-performance finishing technology to support efficiency, flexibility and future growth.

“Our recent customer visit programme across the country, led by business development manager, Floriana (Flo) Montella, provided valuable opportunities to meet converters face-to-face and better understand their operational priorities. By spending time on the ground, we gain real insight into the challenges and opportunities customers are experiencing, helping us ensure that ABG continues to deliver the right solutions and support as the market evolves.”

To support its continued growth in the region, ABG is expanding its local team and is currently recruiting for a sales manager and a service engineer. These roles will strengthen both commercial and technical support capabilities, ensuring Polish customers benefit from dedicated, responsive service.

“Expanding our presence in Poland is a natural step for ABG,” Burton added. “By building a strong local team we can provide even better support to our customers while continuing to develop long-term partnerships within this important market.”

Further developments relating to ABG’s investment in Poland are expected to be announced in the coming months.
