Bimec at ICE 2017

Bimec will display the latest model of their new TCA64-C+ duplex turret slitter rewinder  at ICE 2017

This model has been shown as premiere during Drupa and K 2016  and obtained a great success among our customers

This machine version has been developed to offer the advantages of a compact design but on the same time is supplied with all necessary options to allow high performances and high speed and perfect roll in rewinding.

The machine rewinds finished rolls up to 600 mm of diameter at a max speed of 800 m/min.

Having specialised for more than 40 years in the design and construction of slitter rewinders, the TCA64-C+ consolidates Bimec’s reputation for innovation, user-friendly machine design, and technological advancement.

The TCA series can be configured for streamlined production and reduction of machine downtime.  Features include automatic knife positioning, automated rewind roll unloading system, automatic tension control and programmable touchscreen control system.
