Constantia Flexibles chooses Domino and CEI
Constantia Flexibles, one of the leading manufacturers of flexible packaging and labels, has acquired the Domino N610i 7-colour digital UV inkjet label press for the labels division at its Mason, OH facility.
Constantia Flexibles supplies its products to numerous multinational corporations and local market leaders in the food, pet food, pharmaceuticals and beverage industries. This is the first digital label press for the company’s Ohio facility, and Constantia is enthusiastic about what this means for business.

The Domino N610i 7-colour digital UV inkjet will be configured as a hybrid label printing solution in conjunction with CEI (Converting Equipment International). The CEI Bossjet, powered by Domino label press, will allow Constantia Flexibles to produce short run marketing promotions, enter new market segments, and enjoy value-added production to their flexo-based label printing business. This 7-colour digital UV inkjet hybrid solution is a game-changer.

The Domino N610i 7-colour digital UV inkjet label press runs at a minimum of 164fpm, and up to 246fpm and print resolution is 600 x 600 native dpi. The extended colour gamut achieves over 90 per cent of the Pantone range and the white has opacity over 70 per cent. Domino N610i delivers the highest digital productivity, the best digital UV inkjet quality, consistent print results, and is a simple operating model.
