Friedheim expands converting division
Since securing the UK and Ireland dealership for KAMA Friedheim International has added two key suppliers to its converting division.
Lasercomb is a specialist manufacturer of die-making equipment including laser cutters, auto rule benders, counter matrix and sample making tables. The company’s high-tech products are able to offer complete solutions for the day-to-day tasks facing customers in the fields of packaging as well as display production and die making.
Renowned for the quality, accuracy and performance of its equipment, Stock Maschinenbau supplies sheet-tosheet laminating machines suitable for all types of corrugated and solid board production, point of sale display and packaging processes. The company also offers sheeters and stackers and board gluing and mounting machines.
“Having recently created the converting division, it is essential that we keep up the momentum and that is why the addition of these new suppliers with their diverse product ranges is a very important step,” comments MD Mark Bristow.

John Harrison, who has more than 20 years experience and knowledge of this particular market sector heads up Friedheim’s new converting division and has already been working closely with the new agencies to help smooth the integration process.
