Compact and remarkably versatile, the Noack N 921 blister packaging line can be adapted quickly and easily to varying production conditions. Short cleaning times and tool-free conversion make the line highly efficient and provide excellent OEE values. The interchangeable QuickFeed unit significantly speeds up product changeovers. In line with the integrated Promatic PC 4200 continuous motion cartoner the Noack plant generates a packaging capacity of up to 500 blisters a minute. Featuring a balcony design and rotary sealing, the blister line enables precise processes and high product quality. Servo-driven QuickAdjust station control systems guarantee accurate coding, perforating and diecutting.
