Labels manufacturer rolls out affordable express printing service
AA Labels announces it has launched “the most affordable express print service on the market” to support businesses that need extra flexibility, as they return from lockdown.
Recognising that speed and agility are key to getting businesses back on track, the labels manufacturer has introduced a service that guarantees the production and dispatch of printed labels within 24 hours of artwork approval.
Designed to support B2B suppliers, including SMEs, marketing companies and manufacturers, AA Labels’ new express print service is priced at £99 and is available on all order sizes and all label materials, excluding label embellishment finishes such as hot foil and embossing.
The express print service will be closely followed by a click-and-collect service, which will be launched in the summer in response to customer demand.
AA Labels has invested in a major website update to provide customers with allocated collection dates and times that are dynamically generated from its database.
Click and collect is not currently available within the label printing industry and there are no limits on order size, other than the exclusion of palleted orders.
AA Labels managing director Sohail Sethi commented: “The new express service has been developed in response to growing customer demand and we are already receiving up to 10 orders per week.
“The majority of businesses are looking for additional flexibility at this time and to reduce costs, so these new services are about providing a helping hand and providing more affordable choices.
“We believe we offer the most affordable express printing service in the labels market, with a surcharge of £99 introduced to cover the costs of rescheduling tasks, time and production planning; we believe it is a fair and reasonable charge for this service.
“The development of our click and collect service is aimed at customers that want to save time by collecting their orders in person, rather than waiting for a courier delivery.”
AA Labels continues to recruit for its production team and has recently extended its eight-hour production day to a 12-hour operation with the introduction of split-shifts.
Mr Sohail adds: “We continue to expand our operation and make on-going improvements to support the changing needs of our customers.
“They want printing options based around affordability, flexibility and speed, and it is essential that we work with our customers to develop solutions that meet those needs.”
