Local support helps SATO resellers increase sales

SATO UK has introduced new active local sales support for business partners that are members of its Prestige Partner Program. This will enable resellers and integrators to better promote its products and services, helping them to increase sales and profit and to strengthen their customer relationships.

Local sales representatives now offer business partners better on-the-ground support and can help with demonstrations, joint customer visits and training to assist with sales.

Prestige Partner Program members are offered product and support services including field engineers, a dedicated local technical helpdesk, access to SATO repair centres with highly skilled printer engineers onsite and in-house media specialists with knowledge of and access to thousands of materials and media. In addition, they have access to online services including a private business partner portal for sales and technical resources. Here, an online SATO marketing collateral service offers comprehensive support with training resources including, sales and technical training, onsite engineer training and software development training.
