Building on the established legacy of Labelexpo South China, LOUPE South China 2026 will continue to serve the label industry while expanding its focus to include narrow and mid-web flexible packaging and in-line folding carton.
Delivered by the same trusted team, LOUPE South China reflects the growing convergence of label and package printing. The new LOUPE banner has emerged from the strong foundation of Labelexpo under the positioning “Stronger Focus. Wider Lens.”
Speaking to local Chinese media, Kevin Liu, group director (China), LOUPE Global, said: “This year’s edition will be the largest in the show’s history, expanding across two exhibition halls and 30,000 square metres – approximately 50 per cent larger in floorspace than the 2024 event.”
More than 250 leading companies have confirmed their participation, and overseas visitors are projected to account for nearly 20 per cent of total attendance, reinforcing the show’s increasingly international profile.”
Exhibitors including Weigang, Spande, Label Source & HanGlobal, Hongsheng Machinery, Wanjie, Caisheng, Rhyguan, Hontec, Dowell, JingDa, HOCHEN TECH and more will showcase technologies across label materials, flexo, digital, digital embellishment and hybrid printing, with flexible packaging and folding carton among the key expansion areas of this first LOUPE show in South China.
Expanded education and industry insight
Education will remain a major part of the 2026 edition, with nine concurrent conferences and forums designed to reflect the latest market needs and technology developments.
Highlights include the Label Seminar (Shenzhen), the RAIN Alliance Shenzhen Winter Forum, the 2026 AWA China Label and Release Liner Seminar, and four free-to-attend forums during the exhibition covering digital and hybrid technology, overseas expansion, anti-counterfeiting and traceability and AI applications in printing and packaging.
Enhanced specialist features and learning opportunities will include the Label Academy: Label Material Technology Workshop, the free RAIN RFID Encoding Masterclass & Certification Exam, and the Smart Label Trail, which will showcase the full process of RFID label manufacturing and related applications.
Professor Cao Guorong, vice secretary general, China Packaging Federation commented: “China’s narrow web printing industry is breaking down the traditional business boundaries among labels, flexible packaging and folding cartons, shifting from standalone processing to integrated packaging solutions. In the opening year of the 15th Five Year Plan, the industry should adhere to consolidating foundations and fostering new drivers.
Digitalisation reshapes operational efficiency, green development sets market access thresholds, and smart packaging expands value frontiers. LOUPE serves as a vital platform for translating industrial trends into on the ground practices, helping enterprises identify definite growth paths amid uncertainties.”
LOUPE South China 2026 will return to Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center from 2–4 December, 2026. Registration is free to attend.
