New 800 Meter p/m Slitting Machine
Miami based Karlville Development LLC, in a continuous strive to offer customer new converting solutions will be launching this summer new SLIT JHS, a new high performance robust slitter rewinder combined with new technology and an ergonomic concept.
Specifications of the machine include:Â different web width of 1350, 1650, 1800 and 2000 mm, Speeds of up to 800 m/min and two different rewind diameters 600 and 800 mm.
Additional components that can be included with the slitter are an auto knife positioning system, a finished roll push-off device, and a downstream automated finished roll handling.
The Overhead web path was developed with an optimum access to the slitting section, and integrated inspection area, no dirt collecting platform, no safety hazard due to steps, easy web threading, and integrated drives and controls.
