Rexson purchase Vale-Tech Ltd

imageRexson are delighted to announce the purchase of Vale-Tech Ltd. This was very much part of a planned succession to allow Vale-Tech to continue its growth and development, as part of a bigger group.

Vale-Tech predominantly supply dispensing equipment into the offset, paste and UV liquid and narrow web sectors – with very cost-effective and compact equipment. The Vale-Tech range of systems are very complimentary to the liquid ink, paint and chemical systems that Rexson excel at.
Martin Black, Director and co-owner of Rexson, says “Rexson are delighted to move forward with Vale-Tech, its staff and products. This is confirmed by Nick Scott, Sales Director of Vale-Tech, adding “we really see this as a big step forward, allowing Vale-tech to draw on Rexson’s experience and infrastructure, and combine it with our business to further boost our position in the market place. This sale to Rexson is a strategic plan of succession and will further enhance the Vale-Tech brand and expand our global presence and market share.”

European Sales Director, Bart Wentges, will continue in his role and serve the combination of Rexson, Vale-Tech & Inovex customers in mainland Europe.

Vale-Tech will continue its focus on UV liquid inks and UV & Conventional Offset Inks, from its base in Newmarket UK, and will continue to support existing Inovex customers. Vale-Tech will also tap into the support from Rexsons offices in North America, Latin America & mainland Europe, plus the combined global network of partners who offer sales & support to their local clients.

In addition to the purchase of Vale-Tech, Rexson are restructuring their Americas division, to make them two distinct operations. Rexson USA and Rexson Latin America. The Rexson USA operation will continue from its Chicago facility but with the addition of a dedicated US Sales Manager (Mr Brendan Arway) and an additional Customer Support Engineer (Mr Bryan Lang). Rexson Latin America will be a new facility, based in Mexico, with a dedicated Sales Manager for the Region (Mr Juan-Carlos Flores).
