As a specialist in the hot-stamping machine industry, Starfoil will be displaying its full range of high-quality converting machines which include the successful Starfoil Value Line 1300 mm and the 1620 mm wide spooling/slitting machine with shear and razor slitting. They also demonstrate an efficient Semi-Automatic Foil Cutting machine 1620 as well as a new cantilevered CLC-400 slitting machine designed to spool or slit 3” hot-stamping rolls to 1” or 3” rolls by means of shear slitting.
The width of Starfoil’s spooling/slitting machines varies from 400mm to 1620mm. Machine options include waste rewinds and motor driven rewind rollers. All machines have accurate tension control and are available with either shear and/or razor slitting. Primarily developed for converting hot stamping foil, the machines are also suitable for converting various flexible packaging film. All machines combine easiness of operation with high efficiency and output.
