Dantex’s digital division, part of the Dantex Group, has announced a new distributor partnership in the USA with All Printing Resources (APR), an Illinois-based supplier of print solutions to the labels and packaging market.
APR will sell both Dantex PicoColour and PicoJet digital presses, as well as providing proprietary Dantex inks for both systems.
PicoJet is a highly-productive UV digital inkjet press, with ultra-high-speed production up to 75m per minute and is capable of producing more than 9 million linear meters (29.5 million linear feet) of printed labels per year. The five-colour printing system boasts 2.5 picolitre droplet size and an effective resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi. With the inking system offering superior laydown of each color on the previously printed color, constant accuracy and quality is maintained.
APR president and CEO Dave Nieman said: “We are very pleased to have this excellent opportunity to support our customers in the digital space. We have been impressed with the Dantex technology and look forward to adding one of their UV Inkjet presses at our Chicago-area based Innovation Center for training and demonstrations.”
“APR is a leader in delivering process solutions to the printing industry, and we’re delighted that they will now be a distributor for our Dantex Pico range of digital presses,” added Ben Danon, CEO, Dantex Group. “Their technical knowledge, particularly in workflow support and colour management, together with an excellent reputation in the industry, will help us provide unparalleled service and support to our North American digital customers.”
