Filter unit and control system for web cleaning
Kelva launched Ecoflow – a compact filter unit with integrated fan optimised for web widths up to 1,4 m and low to medium dustloads.It has automatic off-line filtercleaning, anti-static filter media, low energy consumption and low noise level.
In addition, the company introduced a control system developed for the operation and control of larger non-contact web cleaning installations, winders and in-line production. Vactron consists of a touch screen, cleaner head nodes and filter module. It allows the operator to control the equipment, obtain feedback from all system parameters and alarms and log all important operation data including air pressure, filter differential pressure and malfunction warnings. Vactron’s open communication system allows connection to the factory’s Ethernet and SCADA.
