An exciting year for Tectonic who celebrate their 20th Anniversary at Labelexpo.
On show will be a range of Tectonics’ market leading Print Inspection Systems which suit a range of applications from passive to 100% inspection along with the Flexico V5 Plate Mounting Machines which, when launched in 2003, much improved the plate mounting process by providing operators with a unique, hands-free, quick and accurate method of mounting flexographic plates to cylinders and sleeves.
This fully adjustable patented design allows the finest possible adjustment of the plate in a forward/back/swivel and lateral position so perfect registration is immediately achieved.
Once the first plate is set, no further set up is required for the second, third, fourth and subsequent plates so fast mount-to-print is achieved for time and cost saving.
One V5 can be manufactured to suit all of your presses of different sizes from different manufacturers, to suit cylinders and/or sleeves and to service narrow and wide webs.
