Autobox Quick-Set Corrugated Box Maker
For converters looking to make their own corrugated boxes in house, the latest machine from Autobox Machinery Ltd, the Leighton Buzzard based manufacturer, enables virtually any size of corrugated box to be produced without having to manually change tooling and on a just-in-time basis.
The new HiCut module when used with the Autobox HIPAK can produce over 100 different FEFCO box styles and automatically adjusts to make a different size or style of box in less than 1 minute. With optional die cutting station and either digital or flexo single colour print option, the machine is the perfect all in one pass box maker.
Capable of running at up to 1200 boxes per hour the HiCut is a fully servo driven machine with simple touch screen operation to change programmes.
