tesa reports growth of 13%
The 2012 half-year figures from tesa UK, a wholly owned subsidiary of Beiersdorf show growth over the same period last year of almost 13%.
The strong showing is seen as a reflection of better than predicted performance in some British manufacturing sectors and an endorsement of its tesacohesion strategy built around people, products, processes and performance.
“The launch of tesacohesion was a concentrated effort to focus on supporting customers in every aspect of their business, developing bespoke solutions, offering product testing and trialling and understanding how we can help reduce their costs and increase their profitability,” says managing director Steve Plastow. “Our distributor role is absolutely key to achieving this and we are deli ghted with their enthusiastic endorsement.”
tesa has recently launched the ACXplus range of double-sided constructive bonding tapes which are already contributing to new business.
